Can I buy a case without customizing? Yes.  You can buy any of the cases without customizing.  Simply select the “Add to cart” button.

 

How do I customize my phone case? You can customize a phone case by selecting the customization button.  On the customization page, use the “edit image” options to the left of your screen to upload picture, add and edit texts.

 

Can I customize any case? Only phone cases that have the customization button can be customized.  If it does not have the customization button, it cannot be customized.

  

Can I add multiple lines of text to my customization? Yes, you can add multiple lines of text by using the “enter” key on your keyboard to start a new line.

 

Can I change my font type?  Yes.  Once you select the “Add Text” button from the “edit image” options to the left of your screen, the text options open up.  The font drawdown is used to select the font type.  There are 17 options to choose from.

 

Can I change the font color?  Yes.  Once you select the “Add Text” button from the “edit image” options to the left of your screen, the text options open up.  The color drawdown is used to select the font color.  There are 13 options to choose from.

 

How do I return an item?  Log into your account and select “View your order history”.  Once on the Order History page, select the View button next to the order you wish to return.  This takes you to the Order Information page where you can select the Return button next to the order you wish to return.

 

How do I reorder an item? Log into your account and select “View your order history”.  Once on the Order History page, select the View button next to the order you wish to reorder.  This takes you to the Order Information page where you can select the Reorder button next to the order you wish to reorder.

 

How do I view my order history?  Log into your account and select “View your order history”.  Once on the Order History page, select the View button next to the order you wish to view.

 

 How do I view my returned items?  Log into your account and select “View your return requests”.  Once on the Product Returns page, select the View button next to the order you wish to view the Return Information.

 

How do I view the status of my returned items?  Log into your account and select “View your return requests”.  Once on the Product Returns page, select the View button next to the order you wish to view the Return Information.  You will see the Return History at the bottom of the page which shows the status of your return items.

 

Do I need an account to review order history?  Yes, you need to have an account to review order history.

 

Do I need an account to return an item? To return an item, you will be prompted to register if you do not already have an account.

 

How do I follow PhoneCaseConcepts on social media?  Simply select the social media button at the bottom of any of the pages.  We are on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

 

How do I review an item?  Select the “Write a review” link when you select any case.

 

Can I tell my friend about a particular case?  Yes you can.  You will find the “Email to friend” link below the “Add to Wish List” button when you select any case.

 

How do I add an item to wish list?  Select the “Add to Wish List” button when you select any case. This will be added to your profile so that you still have them even when you are logged out.  Be sure to delete your wish lists if you no longer need them.

 

How do I delete an item from my wish list? Once you are logged into your account, select the Wish List button at the top of the page – This takes you to the My Wish List page. Select the “Remove” button to delete any of the items on your wish list

 

Can I order an item from my wish list?  Once you are logged into your account, select the Wish List button at the top of the page – This takes you to the My Wish List page. Select the “Add to Cart” button to order any of the items on your wish list

 

How do I register to have an account?  You may register at checkout or select “My Account” drawdown at the top left corner of the page to select the “Register” option.

 

How do I subscribe to Newsletter?  You can subscribe in two ways. Select “Yes” to Newsletter option when you register OR select the “Subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter” button under “My Account”.  Then, select the “Yes” radio button, and click on continue.

 

How do I unsubscribe from Newsletter?  Select the “Subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter” button under “My Account”.  Then, select the “No” radio button, and click on continue.

 

How do I reset password if I have forgotten it?  Simply select “Forgotten Password” option on the login page in the Return Customer section and follow the prompts.  A new password will be sent to your email.  Log in with the new password.  You are advised to change the computer generated password to a password you can easily remember.

 

How do I change my password? Once you are logged into your account, select “Change your password” link and follow the prompts.

 

How do I modify my contact information? Once you are logged into your account, select the “Edit your account information” to change your contact phone number and email address

 

How do I change my shipping address?  Once you are logged into your account, select the “Modify your address book entries” to modify your existing address or add a new address.

 

How do I change my billing address?  We do not make a distinction between the address to use for shipping and billing.  The user has the option to input another billing address if different from the shipping address during checkout.

 

Can I make an address the default? Once you are logged into your account, select the “Modify your address book entries”.  Select the Edit button next to the address you wish to set as your default address.  Select “Yes” for Default Address and submit by selecting the Continue button.

 

Do we store credit card information on PhoneCaseConcepts?  No.  PhoneCaseConcepts does not store any credit card information.  All credit card information is handled only by PayPal.

 

How long does Shipping take?  This depends on the shipping time you select at checkout, UPS and USPS.  All shipment will have a tracking number which will be sent to you. This way, you will be able to keep track of your shipment.

 

What if I don’t receive my item?  Please contact the shipping company you selected at checkout (UPS or USPS) and then contact us using the contact us link so that we are aware of the situation and we can also contact the shipping company from our end.

 

How long do I have to return an item?  Buyers have one week from the date they receive their case to return it.  Because of the nature of the service we offer, you either like your case or you don’t.  We believe buyers should be able to tell once you receive it whether they wish to keep their case or return it – A week should be ample time to make this determination. 

 

Does PhoneCaseConcepts ship outside of the US?  We currently do not service countries outside the US.  We hope to begin shipping to other countries in the near future.
